Domestic Delivery:

We are based in the US and offer Free Shipping on orders over $50

Billing and Shipping address must be the same or we will CANCEL the order.

International Delivery:

We offer worldwide shipping using DHL and FedEx

Processing Time:

Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST will be processed same day. All other shipments are processed within 24 hours with the exception of orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm EST and holidays. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day.

 
Refunds:
Q. If I do not receive my product, will I get a refund?
A. Please contact your local post office in reference to your package first. If you have not received your package within the delivery time, contact us at lauren@shopvividrose.com
 
Lashes are FINAL SALE due to sanitary reasons. 
 
Lost/Stolen Items:
All items are sent USPS First Class with Tracking. Orders over $100 require a signature. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
