2. Cut Certain Foods
Now I know this is a hard one. It’s definitely hard for me. One way to make it easier is to meal prep. When you meal prep at least 5 days worth of food, it’s so much easier to stay on track.
This doesn’t mean to binge on the weekends but you can have a cheat meal every now and then.
Start slow, for example if you are cutting processed foods or sugar intake, slowly replace those foods with healthier options.
Remember it takes 21 days to form a habit, and 90 days to create a habit. So don’t beat yourself if you make a mistake. It takes time.
As long as you start, you are on the right path.
3. Drink More Water
I know, I know you’ve heard this before, but drinking water is pivotal to weight loss. I try to drink at least half my body weight a day, which is 80oz. If I start early enough I can drink a gallon.
