So you just started working out, drinking more water and detoxing. Not just your body but your environment too.
But, there’s more to well-being than just eating right and exercising.
Here are 4 tips to improve your overall well being.
Ignoring money issues is not going to magically make them disappear. These problems won’t solve themselves and the stress that forms, causes more harm than good. Stress negatively affects your health, your skin, and more. Take a day and write down all your debt, your goals, and figure out a solution. Take daily steps to accomplish your goals and you’ll see the difference in your life. It’s not a race, so stop comparing yourself to others and do what’s best for you and your family.
No matter what personality type you are, people need social interaction. Whether it’s in person, a facetime call, or even text messages. People need people. Having a group of friends or colleagues you can talk to will definitely help your overall wellbeing. You don’t have to tell them your life story, but having social interactions in life are key.
3. Get Creative
No, it doesn’t mean you have to be an amazing artist or even know how to draw. Creativity is much more than arts and crafts. We can express ourselves in so many ways, especially now with technology and social media. Creativity engages a different part of the brain, and when your brain is active in all areas helps with brain functioning. Stimulate your brain and keep it active, this will help your brain stay healthy while you get older.

Stand barefoot in the grass for 20-30 minutes per day. Why? It stimulates the flow of red blood cells, transfers electrons from the earth to your body, reduces joint pain and swelling, it also improves your sleep.
Try it for 21 days and come back to the post and let me know how it helped.
